Role Description This is a full-time, remote role for the Vice President of Sales at Cummings Commercial Group. The VP of Sales will lead the overall sales strategy, driving revenue growth, building key relationships with clients and stakeholders, and identifying and securing business opportunities. Responsibilities include overseeing sales operations, developing sales processes, managing client accounts, and ensuring sales team performance aligns with organizational goals. The ideal candidate will also collaborate with internal departments to optimize business development initiatives and contribute to long-term strategic planning. Qualifications Strong skills and experience in Sales and Sales Management Expertise in Account Management and Sales Operations Proven ability in Business Development and identifying growth opportunities Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills Experience with managing high-performing sales teams and meeting sales targets A deep understanding of capital markets and development strategies is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred) Knowledge of the real estate and investment sectors is beneficial Proficiency in CRM and sales management software
