Company Description Kiwi Studio is assisting us—Astrix Capita, a newly established firm—in recruiting senior management talent. Astrix Capita is a private equity firm co-founded in partnership with Hillhouse Capital. While Hillhouse Capital is one of our investors, it is not involved in our day-to-day operational management. Our core business involves providing cryptocurrency trading strategies to clients, followed by offering cryptocurrency-related educational resources and industry insights. Scammers need not apply. Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Vice President of Sales. The Vice President of Sales will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, leading and coaching the sales team, managing key client accounts, driving business development initiatives, overseeing sales operations, and ensuring revenue growth. This position will take an active role in cultivating client relationships, improving sales processes, and achieving company targets while collaborating with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with organizational objectives. Qualifications Experience in Sales, Account Management, and Business Development Proficiency in Sales Operations and Sales Management to drive team performance and achieve growth targets Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for decision-making and strategy optimization Understanding of market trends, competitive analysis, and sales forecasting Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus) Preferred experience in leading sales teams in a tech or creative industry
