Vice President of Sales, Oilfield Chemicals About the Company Internationally renowned provider of industrial chemicals Industry Chemicals Type Privately Held About the Role The Company is seeking a Vice President of Sales to spearhead the launch and development of its U.S. oilfield chemicals business. The successful candidate will be the senior commercial leader, initially hands-on in go-to-market efforts, and will be responsible for establishing a scalable commercial organization. This includes developing and executing a U.S. sales strategy, building customer relationships, and managing the full sales lifecycle. The role also involves leading technical discussions, coordinating with global teams, and representing the organization as a trusted partner in the Texas oilfield community. Applicants must be based in Texas with a deep understanding of the U.S. oilfield landscape, and have at least 10 years' experience in oilfield chemicals with a proven track record of commercial success. Technical expertise in specialty oilfield chemistry, a strong network with Tier 1 and Tier 2 service providers, and a demonstrated ability to grow accounts in the oilfield services market are essential. The ideal candidate will be highly independent, entrepreneurial, and have experience in building commercial operations in new or underdeveloped markets. Excellent cross-cultural communication skills and a reputation for integrity and technical competence within the Texas oilfield community are also required.
