Our mission is to promote informed financial decision-making and smarter choices for sustainable success. Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Vice President of Sales. The Vice President of Sales will oversee the sales strategy, manage and lead the sales team, and drive business development initiatives to achieve revenue goals. Responsibilities include developing and implementing sales plans, managing key accounts, optimizing sales operations, and identifying new opportunities for growth while working closely with cross-functional teams. Qualifications Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management Experience in Account Management and Business Development Proficiency in Sales Operations and optimizing revenue processes Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and manage sales teams effectively Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data-driven insights for decision-making Previous experience in the financial services or investment education industry is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred
