Vice President of Service Operations (Remote – U.S.) We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Vice President of Service Operations to lead and scale our service delivery organization across the United States. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end service operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with business growth objectives Build, mentor, and manage high-performing cross-functional teams Optimize processes, systems, and workflows to improve service performance Partner with senior leadership to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence Monitor key performance indicators and implement data-driven decisions Qualifications: Proven leadership experience in service operations or related functions Strong track record of scaling teams and improving operational performance Excellent strategic thinking and execution skills Ability to lead in a fast-paced, remote environment Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who thrives on building scalable systems and driving operational excellence at a national level.
