Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Vice President of Services. The Vice President of Services will oversee strategic planning and execution across multiple service areas, ensuring alignment with the organization's objectives. The role involves financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control to maximize operational efficiency. The VP will also lead and mentor teams, drive performance improvements, and collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement innovative service delivery strategies. Qualifications Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate performance metrics, identify trends, and make evidence-based decisions. Proficiency in Finance and Budgeting, with experience in managing budgets, forecasts, and financial planning. Expertise in Strategic Planning to develop and execute long-term service strategies aligned with organizational goals. Proven Team Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams while fostering a collaborative culture. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with internal and external stakeholders. Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment and solve complex operational challenges. Experience in service-oriented industries is highly desirable. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
