A company is looking for a Vice President, Sponsor Research Division. Key Responsibilities Defines and scales the Sponsor Research Division Establishes processes for CRO-partnered execution and manages sponsor relationships Builds and leads a high-performing team focused on execution quality and sponsor satisfaction Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred 12+ years of clinical research experience with leadership in sponsor and CRO interactions Experience in building or scaling sponsor services or CRO-partnered execution models Strong understanding of operating models for CROs, sponsors, and site networks Proven ability to design structure, process, and governance for scalability
