Vice President of Strategic Asset Rotation The Vice President of Strategic Asset Rotation is a senior executive responsible for leading the firm’s strategic asset rotation framework, optimizing portfolio positioning across asset classes, sectors, and market cycles to enhance long-term risk-adjusted returns. Core Responsibilities Define and execute strategic asset rotation strategies aligned with the firm’s investment objectives Monitor macroeconomic trends, market cycles, valuation signals, and relative value opportunities to guide rotation decisions Oversee portfolio rebalancing and tactical allocation across equities, fixed income, alternatives, cash, and other assets Partner with Portfolio Management, Research, Risk, Product, and Executive Leadership teams to ensure disciplined execution Develop scenario analysis, stress testing, and performance review processes to support allocation decisions Evaluate the impact of rotation decisions on return, risk, liquidity, and diversification Build and lead a high-performing team focused on portfolio positioning and investment discipline Typical Background Extensive leadership experience in asset allocation, portfolio strategy, multi-asset investing, or investment research Strong track record of making disciplined rotation decisions across different market environments Deep understanding of macroeconomics, valuation, portfolio construction, and risk management Experience working across asset classes in complex, regulated investment environments Mature, steady leadership style with a long-term, systems-thinking mindset preferred Key Metrics Risk-adjusted portfolio return Tactical allocation effectiveness Drawdown control Relative value capture Portfolio diversification and liquidity Long-term value creation
