Vice President of Strategic Investment Structure The Vice President of Strategic Investment Structure is a senior executive responsible for designing and optimizing the company’s investment structure, ensuring capital is allocated efficiently across strategic priorities, portfolio holdings, and long-term growth initiatives. Core Responsibilities Define and lead the strategic investment structure across business units, portfolios, and growth initiatives Evaluate investment opportunities, ownership structures, and capital deployment models to improve value creation Partner with Finance, Strategy, Investment, Legal, and Executive Leadership to support transaction planning and decision-making Monitor portfolio composition, return profiles, liquidity, and risk exposure to guide structural adjustments Develop governance, reporting, and decision frameworks for strategic investments Support scenario planning, restructuring, and reallocation decisions to strengthen long-term performance Build and lead a high-performing team focused on disciplined investment structure management Typical Background Extensive leadership experience in investment strategy, capital allocation, corporate finance, or portfolio management Strong track record of designing effective investment structures and improving capital efficiency Deep understanding of valuation, ownership structures, risk management, and long-term value creation Experience working with senior stakeholders in complex, multi-entity, or regulated environments Mature, steady leadership style with a strong strategic and analytical mindset preferred Key Metrics Capital efficiency Return on invested capital Strategic alignment of investments Portfolio risk-adjusted performance Liquidity and balance-sheet discipline Long-term value creation
