The successful candidate will be tasked with ensuring compliance, developing and implementing tax strategies, and will play a key role in the company's financial planning. This high-visibility position requires interaction with senior leadership and demands a professional with a strong background in federal and state taxation, including the preparation and review of tax returns for various entities. The role is pivotal in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment, and the ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, at least 7 years' of experience, and an active CPA is preferred. Applicants for the VP of Tax role at the company should have a proven track record in tax management, with a focus on partnerships, and experience in a Big 4 or large CPA firm is also preferred.
