The role requires a hands-on leader with a strong commitment to mentorship, talent development, and team alignment, who can translate business needs into practical, reliable technology solutions. The VP of Tech will be responsible for all technology decisions and outcomes, ensuring that technology investments drive measurable value and align with the company's mission and values. Candidates for the VP of Technology position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in technology leadership, preferably in construction, engineering, or manufacturing. The role demands a strategic thinker with a proven track record in leading large-scale technology projects, driving digital transformation, and implementing data-driven decision-making.
