The successful candidate will serve as a strategic partner to the Chief Information and Innovation Officer, with a focus on elevating operational effectiveness, competitive position, and growth strategy. This leadership position demands a visionary who can ensure the delivery of an exceptional patient experience, strengthen data and analytics infrastructure, and lead the organization in anticipating and meeting future technological needs. The VP will also be instrumental in influencing enterprise-wide digital strategy, cloud modernization, and decision-making regarding architecture standards, technology investments, and portfolio governance. To excel in this role, the VP must be a dynamic and innovative leader, with a proven track record in technology leadership within a health system, particularly with experience in the Epic EHR. The role requires a strong emphasis on collaboration, mentorship, and the ability to influence and drive change. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, a collaborative team player, and a mentor who can develop and elevate the team. Responsibilities include ensuring secure, highly reliable application solutions, and technology infrastructure, and advancing innovative digital technology solutions to support the strategic goals and operations of the organization.
