Role Description The Vice President of the Financial Systems Division is a full-time, remote leadership role responsible for overseeing and optimizing the company's financial systems and operations. This role involves guiding strategic financial planning, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, analyzing financial data for business insights, and contributing to the overall financial health and compliance of the organization. The Vice President will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and innovation in the financial systems, supporting the continued growth of BLOX FINANCE. Qualifications Proven expertise in Financial Planning and Finance, with a strong ability to develop and implement strategic financial plans Experience in analyzing and preparing Financial Statements with attention to detail Strong Analytical Skills and a track record of using data to drive decision-making Knowledge of Financial Reporting processes and regulatory compliance requirements Exceptional leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams Experience in the financial services industry, particularly in loans, portfolio management, or related areas, is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree or certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA) preferred
