Vice President of Treasury About the Company Prominent insurance & reinsurance organization Industry Insurance Type Privately Held About the Role The Company is seeking a Vice President of Treasury to play a pivotal role in the strategic capital management and business-driven treasury strategy. This senior position is not focused on traditional treasury operations but rather on being a key partner to the business and finance leadership. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and assessing capital and liquidity generation, partnering with regional and business leaders to enhance capital efficiency, and supporting the structuring and implementation of complex financial programs. The role demands a professional with a strong background in capital management, treasury, or balance-sheet strategy, and a solid understanding of reinsurance products, structures, and risk drivers. Experience in property and casualty is strongly preferred, with a background in life and health also valued. Applicants for the Vice President of Treasury role at the company should have 8-12+ years' of experience within the insurance or reinsurance sector, with a focus on capital management and a deep understanding of the associated financial and regulatory frameworks.
