The individual in this role will be responsible for leading and managing initiatives to drive efficiency across operational processes, overseeing manufacturing operations, and implementing improvements to optimize productivity. The role also involves developing and maintaining best practices in operations management and supply chain management, identifying areas for improvement, and aligning organizational resources to achieve strategic objectives. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure sustainability and scalability in operations is a key aspect of this role. Qualifications Strong expertise in Manufacturing Operations and Manufacturing Operations Management Proficient in Operational Excellence and Operations Management concepts Experience in Supply Chain Management, including process optimization and logistical strategies Proven ability to lead and implement organization-wide operational improvement initiatives Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience managing cross-functional teams Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus) Experience in aligning operations with business goals to achieve measurable outcomes Proficiency in relevant software and tools used in operations management and supply chain analysis
