The individual in this role will lead strategic planning initiatives, oversee effective operations management, and drive project execution across key functions. Responsibilities include managing profit and loss performance, enhancing customer service operations, and streamlining processes to ensure operational efficiency. The Vice President Operations will play a critical role in aligning organizational goals and executing high-impact strategies to achieve business success. Qualifications Expertise in Operations Management and P&L Management Proven ability in Customer Service operations and improvement Strong skills in Strategic Planning and Project Management Excellent analytical, leadership, and decision-making capabilities Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred) Experience in investment management or financial services industry is highly beneficial
