Role Description This is a full-time, remote role for the position of Vice President of Operations. The VP of Operations will oversee daily business operations to ensure efficiency and success. Responsibilities include managing company operations, budgets, and strategic initiatives, developing and implementing operational processes, driving customer-centric improvements, leading project management efforts, and supporting company growth strategies. Qualifications Strong expertise in Operations Management and P&L Management to oversee and optimize operational processes and financial performance Proficiency in Strategic Planning and Project Management to drive and implement long-term business objectives Experience in managing Customer Service initiatives to enhance client satisfaction and retention Exceptional leadership and decision-making skills to manage teams and drive organizational success Proven ability to work autonomously in a remote capacity Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field; MBA preferred Knowledge of blockchain, cryptocurrency, or digital asset industries is highly desirable
