Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Vice President of Operations. The Vice President of Operations will oversee day-to-day operations, manage organizational resources, and drive operational strategy to enhance overall efficiency and performance. Key responsibilities include overseeing P&L management, aligning business goals with strategic planning, leading customer service initiatives, and ensuring the successful management and delivery of projects. The role requires effective interaction with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to achieve company objectives. Qualifications Strong skills and proven experience in Operations Management and P&L Management. Expertise in Strategic Planning to drive company goals and long-term success. Proficiency in Customer Service, ensuring client satisfaction and excellence in service delivery. Demonstrated ability in Project Management for large-scale and multi-phase projects. Exceptional leadership, decision-making, and communication skills. Experience in the construction or real estate development sector is highly desirable. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline; MBA or equivalent is a plus. Proven ability to work remotely while managing a diverse and distributed team.
