The Vice President of Operations will provide strategic oversight of day-to-day business operations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Responsibilities include managing operational processes, overseeing P&L performance, implementing strategic plans, optimizing customer service practices, and leading cross-functional project initiatives. Additionally, the role entails collaborating closely with leadership to identify growth opportunities and drive operational excellence across the organization. Qualifications Proven expertise in Operations Management and P&L Management Strong acumen in Strategic Planning to drive both short- and long-term business goals Experience in optimizing customer service operations and delivering exceptional customer experiences Proficiency in Project Management, including planning, execution, and delivering results on time Effective leadership and communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams Analytical thinking skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions Experience in a leadership or executive role, with a focus on operational excellence Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; MBA preferred
