The role includes overseeing company operations and implementing effective strategies for growth. Responsibilities involve managing operational processes, supervising profit and loss (P&L) activities, streamlining workflow, leading strategic planning initiatives, enhancing customer service strategies, and ensuring efficient project management. Qualifications Expertise in Operations Management and P&L Management Proficiency in Strategic Planning and designing scalable business processes Strong leadership in Project Management to execute initiatives effectively Commitment to delivering exceptional Customer Service and fostering long-term relationships Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills Experience in the commercial real estate finance industry is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field; advanced degree preferred
