Our core focus is on providing a more systematic, institutional-grade approach to trading and investing, making it understandable, manageable, and safe for our clients. Currently, we primarily focus on the US market, and our overall structure will be built according to the regulatory frameworks of CTAs and the CFTC to ensure the entire system is compliant and sustainable. Simply put, what we aim to do is: transform crypto investing from something "incomprehensible and unapproachable" into something "logical, structured, and suitable for long-term participation." Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Vice President of Operations at ITS CHALLENGE 2024. The individual will oversee company operations, including strategy development, project execution, and performance analysis. Key responsibilities include optimizing operational processes, managing profit and loss (P&L) statements, leading customer service initiatives, ensuring operational excellence, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals. The Vice President of Operations will also contribute to long-term strategic planning to support growth and operational efficiency. Qualifications Strong expertise in Operations Management and P&L Management, with an ability to oversee financial planning and operational strategies. Proven skills in Strategic Planning and Project Management to align business operations with overarching company goals. Experience in managing and improving Customer Service processes to deliver exceptional client experiences. Excellent leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities to drive business growth and operational success. Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders. Experience in technology or related industries is a plus. Bachelor's or advanced degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is strongly preferred.
