Role Description This is a full-time, remote role for a Vice President of Operations. The Vice President of Operations will oversee company operations to ensure efficiency, profitability, and alignment with the organization’s strategic goals. Responsibilities include managing operational processes, overseeing P&L performance, developing and implementing strategic plans, leading project management efforts, and ensuring high-quality customer service delivery. The role also involves collaborating with leadership to drive business growth and operational success. Qualifications Proven expertise in Operations Management and P&L Management Strong skills in Strategic Planning and Project Management Demonstrated experience in delivering exceptional Customer Service Ability to lead teams, allocate resources responsibly, and foster a culture of accountability Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills Familiarity with construction industry standards, processes, and best practices is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
