Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Vice President of Operations, headquartered in the Greater Paris Metropolitan Region. The Vice President of Operations will oversee day-to-day operational activities, develop and implement strategic plans, manage budgets and P&L, and ensure efficient project management. This role will also involve optimizing customer service standards, streamlining processes, and driving overall organizational success in alignment with the company’s business objectives. The position requires leadership, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and a commitment to operational excellence. Qualifications Expertise in Operations Management, with a proven track record of streamlining processes and improving operational efficiency Strong skills in P&L Management and Strategic Planning, with the ability to drive financial and operational goals Experience in Project Management, with a focus on delivering results on schedule and within budget Proven leadership in Customer Service, with an understanding of customer-centric strategies Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and leadership abilities Demonstrated success in leading teams and fostering a collaborative working environment Advanced degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred Fluency in English is required; proficiency in French is strongly advantageous
