Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Regional Vice President of Operations to oversee a portfolio of multifamily communities throughout the Dallas region for a reputable owner/operator. The ideal candidate will be a strong, strategic leader with deep operational expertise, financial acumen, and a proven ability to drive performance across diverse asset types. Key Responsibilities: Provide leadership and operational oversight for a regional portfolio of multifamily communities (conventional and affordable housing) Lead and mentor regional and on-site teams to achieve occupancy, financial, and customer service goals Oversee operating budgets, financial reporting, and capital planning Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal affordable housing regulations Collaborate with senior leadership to implement strategic initiatives and drive portfolio growth Monitor property performance metrics and ensure consistent execution of company standards Partner with asset management, accounting, and development teams to align operational and investment objectives Direct reports : 4 Regional Managers Qualifications: Minimum 10+ years of multifamily property management experience Proven leadership skills in managing large portfolios and multiple teams Strong financial and operational management experience High level understanding of affordable housing programs Excellent communication, organization, and team development abilities In return: Base salary $165,000 - $180,000 DOE + annual bonus Health coverage Car and cell phone allowance Generous PTO and company holidays off Equal Employment Opportunity Statement: Noor Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
