Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Vice President Operations at NorthStar Wealth Group. The VP of Operations will oversee daily operations, manage budgets and profitability, and ensure seamless customer service delivery. Responsibilities include strategic planning, optimizing operational processes, and spearheading key projects to enhance efficiency and business growth. The role also involves fostering collaboration across departments, driving organizational success, and maintaining high operational standards. Qualifications Proven expertise in Operations Management and P&L Management to oversee business performance and profitability. Strong aptitude in Strategic Planning to align organizational objectives with operational strategies. Skilled in Project Management to implement and monitor initiatives that enhance efficiency and growth. Commitment to Customer Service excellence with the ability to ensure a client-focused experience. Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to effectively manage teams and foster collaboration. Knowledge of financial services or wealth management industry is highly beneficial. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; advanced degree or equivalent experience preferred.
