The successful candidate will be a collaborative executive with a forward-thinking and visible leadership style, playing a pivotal role in the growth and transformation of the largest ambulatory program in the region. This executive will be responsible for leading division operations across various ancillary services, with a primary focus on overseeing the operational responsibilities of multiple ambulatory surgery centers. The role involves strategic integration of ancillary programming, financial stewardship, and a relentless commitment to exceptional patient care. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in a similar executive role, with experience in spearheading the expansion of key divisions within an ambulatory footprint. Key responsibilities include leading a large team, collaborating with service line and executive leadership, and ensuring the integration of ancillary services into future facilities. The VP will be accountable for division performance, including financial and strategic planning, and will work closely with the division's Ambulatory CEO, medical staff, and other leaders.
