The successful candidate will be responsible for reengineering the product suite, modernizing the technology ecosystem, and formalizing the go-to-market and monetization strategies. This role demands a commercially-minded and operation-oriented leader who can ensure the full B2C product portfolio, including certification, learning programs, and workforce development offerings, is cohesive, intuitive, and aligned with B2B integration opportunities. The VP will also be tasked with elevating customer experience, guiding product-level revenue performance, and driving innovation at scale. Applicants for the VP, Product and Portfolio Operations role at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in product leadership, with a proven track record in revenue generation and product management discipline.
