The successful candidate will be an entrepreneurial, systems-minded, and growth-oriented leader, responsible for bridging the gap between high-level strategy and operational execution. This role involves advancing the organization's growth pipeline and programmatic partnerships, as well as serving as the primary incubator for new concepts, transforming them into actionable, scalable, and sustainable business models. The Vice President will work closely with the Executive Team to execute priorities outlined in the strategic plan and 7-year roadmap, ensuring that the organization's innovative services continue to meet the needs of the community.
