Position Overview The Vice President of Project Delivery is responsible for the company's overall project delivery framework, the execution of major projects, and client delivery management. This role oversees the entire project lifecycle—including resource coordination, quality control, and risk management—to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to a high standard, while continuously enhancing client satisfaction and delivery efficiency. This position serves as a pivotal executive role connecting the Sales, PMO, Technology, Implementation, Operations, and Customer Success teams. Its primary focus is to drive the organization's project execution capabilities, facilitate the realization of client value, and fuel scalable business growth. II. Core Responsibilities Project Delivery Strategy & System Building Develop the company's overall project delivery strategy and operational plans. Establish standardized project delivery processes, policies, and governance frameworks. Drive the digitalization, process standardization, and continuous optimization of delivery operations. Major Project & Program Management Oversee the management of large-scale, complex projects and project programs. Monitor project progress, budget, quality, and scope control. Ensure the successful delivery of key projects and initiatives for strategic clients. Client Delivery & Relationship Management Maintain relationships with key and strategic clients. Manage client requirements, acceptance processes, and project deliverables. Address major client issues and handle project escalations. Resource & Team Management Manage Project Managers, Implementation Consultants, and the Delivery Operations team. Develop resource allocation and talent planning strategies. Enhance the team's delivery capabilities and resource utilization efficiency. Risk & Quality Control Establish mechanisms for project risk identification, assessment, and early warning. Oversee quality management and the execution of key project milestones. Drive post-mortem analysis and the development of continuous improvement systems. Data Analysis & Operational Optimization Establish a system for delivery KPIs and project analytics. Monitor delivery efficiency, project profitability, and client satisfaction levels. Leverage data to drive delivery optimization and operational decision-making. Cross-Departmental Collaboration & Strategic Implementation Coordinate efforts across Sales, Product, R&D, Operations, and Customer Success teams. Drive the implementation of corporate strategic initiatives and key client projects. Enhance organizational collaboration and project execution efficiency. Team Building & Organizational Development Build a high-performance project delivery organization and talent pipeline. Promote the development of professional project management capabilities (e.g., via the Project Management Institute). Foster a culture that is both client-oriented and results-driven. III. Job Requirements Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher (in Engineering, IT, Management, or a related field). 20+ years of experience in project management or project delivery. 5+ years of experience managing large teams. Experience managing large-scale, complex projects or delivering solutions to enterprise-level clients. Professional Competencies Deep expertise in project delivery management and PMO governance frameworks. Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid project management methodologies. Proficiency in budget management, resource planning, and risk control. Skilled in using project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Microsoft tools).
