Vice President, Southeast Sub-Region Lead - Utility Programs Locations: North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Florida, Alabama, Mississippi, Tennessee We are currently seeking a Vice President within our Utility Programs and Services (UPS) Division to act as a sub-region lead focused on managing and growing ICF's utility business in our Southeast subregion. The successful candidate will manage our existing suite of integrated energy solutions across residential, commercial and industrial (C&I), and behavioral sectors including energy efficiency, demand response, electrification, smart grid, and renewable energy offerings; manage portfolio budgets and performance; build and strengthen relationships with clients; hire and mentor staff; design and implement program strategies and plans; as well as develop and execute internal strategies to further influence market adoption of ICF's broader suite of products and services. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated track record of developing and managing successful demand side management programs, proven experience maintaining strong senior-level client relationships, and successful leadership of large utility procurements. Additionally, the candidate should have experience in growing and developing internal staff, contributing to thought leadership, and supporting executive leadership initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Contribute to portfolio and program design, including identification, analysis and selection of appropriate energy efficiency measures and development of effective, integrated delivery strategies. Monitor legislative and regulatory proceedings within North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Florida, Alabama, Mississippi, and Tennessee to support client needs and adapt service offerings. Oversee director-level portfolio leads to ensure team maintains program implementation excellence and achieves all contractual requirements
