The successful candidate will be tasked with the design, development, implementation, and support of technology solutions that align with the company's strategic objectives. This includes overseeing the delivery of core systems, digital and data platforms, and business applications to meet the expectations of both members and partners, as well as regulatory requirements. The role involves close collaboration with the Chief Strategy Office, business, and technology leaders to identify needs, translate them into technology solutions, and ensure effective execution. The VP will also be responsible for defining and implementing consistent delivery practices, supporting technology roadmaps, and managing staff development and budgets. Key responsibilities for the Vice President, Technology Delivery at the company include leading the organization in the end-to-end delivery of technology initiatives, serving as a business partner to develop application roadmaps, and maintaining application and technology solutions.
