Vice President, Total Rewards About the Company Accomplished organization in the financial services industry Industry Financial Services Type Privately Held About the Role The Company is seeking a Vice President for Total Rewards to play a pivotal role in the design and implementation of scalable, market-aligned total rewards programs, with a primary focus on compensation and pay-for-performance. The successful candidate will be a hands-on, data-driven change agent, capable of balancing business needs with the realities of a support function, and will be responsible for leading the strategy, design, and execution of the company's compensation, equity, and benefits programs to enhance the employee experience. This role requires a leader who can provide strategic oversight of executive compensation, ensure fairness and compliance in pay practices, and establish key metrics to measure the effectiveness of the total rewards strategy. Applicants for the Vice President, Total Rewards position at the company should have 10-15 years' of experience in compensation and benefits, with a strong background in compensation-led total rewards. A BA/BS degree is required, with a Master's degree strongly preferred. The role demands excellent written, verbal, and customer service skills, as well as expert proficiency in the Microsoft Suite. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with the ability to partner with regional HR and business leadership to address talent management concerns. Responsibilities also include designing and administering rewards and recognition programs aligned with attraction and retention strategies, and leading a team with a focus on selection, engagement, development, and succession planning.
