The successful candidate will be a key player in the company's growth strategy, with a primary focus on relationship building and driving business within their designated territory. This role is all about owning the revenue generation process, from developing and converting relationships with referral partners to onboarding long-term clients. The VP, Wealth Consultant will be at the forefront of client interactions, pitching and presenting the firm's value, and will work closely with internal advisors and investment teams to ensure a seamless and standout client experience. Applicants for the VP, Wealth Consultant position at the company should have a proven track record in business development and client acquisition, preferably in the wealth management or financial services sector. The role requires a high-energy, growth-minded individual with strong presentation, interpersonal, and persuasion skills. A Series 65 and CFP or CFA designation is mandatory.
