Job Overview Maverick Dental Laboratories is seeking a highly capable, in-house Video Content Creator to create high-impact visual video content that elevates our brand, showcases our technical expertise, and drives engagement with clinicians. This role blends video production execution, and creative direction. The ideal candidate is comfortable behind the camera, in the edit suite, and collaborating with teams to create compelling content. Responsibilities: Video Production (End-to-End) Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content on-site, including: o Case studies and before/after transformations o Educational content featuring technicians and clinicians o Product spotlights and workflow demonstrations o Brand storytelling and culture pieces Manage lighting, audio, framing, and composition to ensure professional-grade output Post-Production & Editing Edit content using industry-standard tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects) Optimize formats for various platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, website) On-Site Collaboration Work closely with lab technicians, clinicians and marketing to capture authentic, technically accurate content Direct on-camera talent (internal team and visiting clinicians) to ensure clarity and engagement Qualifications · 2–5+ years of professional video production and editing experience (in-house or agency) · Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop) or equivalent tools · Experience producing content for social media and digital marketing channels · Ability to translate technical subject matter into clear, engaging visuals · Strong organizational and project management skills Preferred Qualifications · Video creation and editing capabilities. · Motion graphics and animation capability · Basic photography skills for still content capture Key Attributes · Self-starter with a high level of ownership and accountability · Detail-oriented with visual storytelling instincts · Comfortable working in a fast-paced, production-driven environment · Collaborative and able to work cross-functionally with technical teams Why Join Maverick Dental Laboratories · Be embedded in a high-growth, innovation-driven dental laboratory · Opportunity to shape and scale a modern content engine in a specialized industry Join us as a Video Content Creator to bring our brand story to life through captivating visuals!
