Making Muvs Coaching LLC.
Job Description
About Us Making Muvs Coaching LLC teaches Chiropractors how to run their own Facebook and Instagram ads in-house, generate consistent new patients, and build a practice that runs on systems instead of survival. We're a small, operator-run company with two principals, a growing brand presence across Meta and YouTube, and a content engine that is picking up speed. We believe nobody is ever going to market your practice better than you. That belief drives everything we make. The Role We're looking for a video editor who is early in their career, hungry to grow, and genuinely obsessed with what makes people stop scrolling and actually watch. This is a contract position with a clear path toward a full-time role as the brand scales. You'll be editing three types of content: Direct response video ads for Meta (Facebook and Instagram) — these need to stop the scroll, hold attention, and drive clicks. Performance is the standard. Organic short-form content (Reels, podcast clips) — platform-native, punchy, edited to feel human, not produced. Long-form content (YouTube, podcast episodes) — clean, professional, brand-consistent. What the Workflow Looks Like You receive an organized Google Drive folder with raw footage (A-cam, B-cam, B-roll, brand assets), a script, and editing guidelines. You deliver drafts via Frame.io for review. Revisions are communicated directly. It's a clean, documented process, and as you build familiarity with the brand and templates, the work gets faster. Current volume is approximately 30 pieces per month across all three content types. What We're Looking For Genuine fluency in short-form video — you understand pacing, pattern interrupts, caption timing, and hook psychology, not just technically but instinctively Working knowledge of Meta and YouTube as platforms and how users actually behave on each An interest in health, wellness, and personal development — you don't need a background in Chiropractic but you need to care about what we're building Someone who is into fitness and values the kind of discipline and intentionality we teach Goal-oriented, coachable, and aligned with a brand that prioritizes ownership and self-reliance Willingness to potentially grow into on-set production as the media side of the company expands Compensation $2,500 to $3,500 per month depending on experience and output quality. Contract to start with a clear path to full-time for the right person. To Apply Send us a short note on why this role fits where you are right now, plus two or three examples of video work you're proud of — ads, organic content, anything that shows how you think about what makes video actually work. Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,500.00 per month Work Location: Hybrid remote in Boulder, CO 80302
