Lifespan Platform Highlights · #1 Health & Fitness show on Apple (Season 1); 4.9/5 rating from 10,000 reviews · Over 150 million impressions and 2 million followers across platforms · Over 1 million copies of the Lifespan book in global circulation across 38 languages Explore Our Work lifespan.com - youtube.com/@lifespanofficial -instagram.com/davidsinclairphd - x.com/davidasinclair Primary Responsibilities · Editing & Post-Production: Lead high-volume, end-to-end editing and post-production, including pacing, color correction, sound design, and final delivery across long-form and short-form formats · Pre-Production: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to conceptualize, storyboard, and plan new video content and filming sessions; support shoot planning, production design, and asset preparation · Live & Field Production: On-site production support, including camera operation, lighting, audio, and studio setup; support the filming and production of podcast episodes, interviews, high-profile speeches, and behind-the-scenes, with occasional travel alongside Professor Sinclair as needed · Multi-Platform Content Operations: Support the weekly production and delivery of long-form podcast episodes with audio/video distribution across YouTube, Spotify, and Apple Podcasts, alongside short-form clips for Instagram, X, YouTube Shorts, and related platforms · Media Asset & Workflow Management: Manage media assets, including organization, storage systems, and workflow optimization for efficient production cycles and content management · Creative Innovation: Explore and implement emerging media formats, storytelling approaches, platform strategies, and creative technologies across digital and social media ecosystems · Optional Additional Creative Opportunities: Candidates with relevant experience may also contribute to graphic design, motion graphics, branding materials, and related visual content Minimum Qualifications · Professional Experience: 3+ years of experience in video editing, production, and post-production preferred · Portfolio: Demonstrating exceptional video editing, production, storytelling, pacing, sound design, and creative execution across long-form and short-form digital media content · Creative Tools: Advanced proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, DaVinci Resolve, Audition, or equivalent professional creative software platforms and editing workflows · Productivity Tools: Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and AI tools · Production Skills: Proficiency with camera operation, lighting, audio, color correction, sound design, and end-to-end media workflows in studio and field production environments · Growth Mindset: Interest in evolving with a growing organization with opportunity for creativity, leadership, and impact; highly motivated and thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment · Scheduling & Travel Flexibility: Flexibility for occasional evening or weekend availability and domestic or international travel with Dr. Sinclair, as needed About Professor Sinclair David A.
