Job Description
Min Compensation USD $21.00/Hr. Max Compensation USD $21.00/Hr. Overview Why We Need Your Talents: Responsible for properly preparing and cooking all Vietnamese food items on menu in a safe, timely, organized manner maintaining high quality of foods and demonstrating professionalism that reflects our company values. Assures that guests have a favorable dining experience. Responsibilities Where You'll Make an Impact: Prepare and cook dishes according to recipes or instructions provided. Train new hires and instruct staff on proper cooking techniques and safety protocols. Collaborate with the Sous Chef or Chef D'Cuisine to ensure overall success of the kitchen and restaurant. Ensures stations are prepared to meet anticipated levels of business for the day, assisting fellow staff when needed. Validated on all stations (including Prep). Accomplish daily cleaning duties in an efficient manner following sanitation guidelines. Ability to properly handle high volume cooking and plating while maintaining consistent quality of food in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of safety procedures to ensure employee safety. Follows all appropriate procedures and works under supervision of culinary management team. Promote teamwork and quality service through daily communication and coordination with other departments. May occasionally interact directly with guests. Abides by company and department specific appearance standards. Demonstrates professionalism that reflects our brand and company values.
