Vinyl Graphics Technician (Part-Time / Flexible Hours) Location:Baraboo, WICompany:Brand New Design (A Klicko Family Company) Position Overview We are seeking a skilled and self-motivated Vinyl Graphics Technician to join our growing print and graphics operation.This role is ideal for someone with prior experience in vinyl production who can operate independently and take ownership of the workflow from design through final product.This is a part-time position with flexible hours, with the opportunity to grow into additional hours based on workload and performance.What You'll Be Doing Operating vinyl printers and plotters (including setup and production) Preparing files and layouts using design/production software (Flexi experience strongly preferred) Managing print and cut workflows using Cut Manager or similar software Weeding, masking, and finishing vinyl graphics Assisting with installation of decals, signage, and vehicle graphics as needed Maintaining organization of materials, prints, and production space Monitoring inventory and communicating material needs What We're Looking For Experience in vinyl graphics, sign production, or print shop work is required Proficiency in Flexi or similar design/production software Ability to operate independently with minimal training Strong attention to detail and quality Good problem-solving skills and production awareness Reliable, self-driven, and organized Comfortable working in a small business environment Schedule & Compensation Flexible schedule (minimum 10 hours/week, with potential for up to 40 hours depending on workload) Competitive hourly pay based on experience Opportunity to grow with a new and expanding division Why This Role Matters This position plays a key role in building and growing our vinyl graphics division.We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, understands production flow, and wants to be part of creating high-quality finished products.How to Apply Please send a brief introduction and relevant experience to:saklicko@gmail.com Pay:From $20.00 per hour Work Location:In person.
