VIP Driver - OC Lincoln, CA 95648 Overview Position Type On Call Category Transportation Description Position Summary: The VIP Driver is responsible for providing safe, comfortable, and professional transportation to VIPs of Thunder Valley Casino Resort. VIP Drivers will demonstrate excellent Guest Service at all times as defined within the guidelines of the AAA Four Diamond standards. VIP Drivers will be expected to provide transportation to and from various locations as determined by management. VIP Drivers will also transport Guests between property entrances and surrounding parking lots using company golf carts during periods of peak Guest volumes and special events. Responsibilities must be performed in accordance with all Company standards, policies, and procedures. Essential Functions: Practice, support, and promote Thunder Valley Casino Resort's "ELITE" company-wide service mission and demonstrate AAA Four Diamond service standards at all times. Pick up and drop off passengers at scheduled times as directed by management. Ensure that passengers are transported safely to their destinations. Transport Guests safely between property entrances and adjacent parking lots using company golf carts. Use knowledge of local area, GPS, and/or mapping applications to ensure the shortest and safest route to destination. Communicate effectively and clearly with Transportation Dispatch; seek guidance from dispatch for any situations that are out of the ordinary and prior to taking action when possible. Assist with Guest luggage when necessary. Assist ADA Guests with their special needs including, but not limited to assembling wheelchairs and scooters, helping with belongings, and assisting Guests in and out of vehicles. Inspect vehicles prior to and after each shift to ensure that the vehicle is safe and in working order.
