A company is looking for an Attorney specializing in Foreclosure, Title & Bankruptcy. Key Responsibilities Manage and prioritize a high-volume caseload involving foreclosure, title, bankruptcy, and related legal matters Draft, review, and revise legal documents including pleadings and motions Ensure compliance with applicable laws and attend court appearances as needed Required Qualifications J.D. from an accredited law school Active Virginia Bar license in good standing 5+ years of relevant attorney experience Experience in title, foreclosure, bankruptcy, or related litigation strongly preferred Ability to manage a high-volume caseload in a deadline-driven environment
