Request ID: 84640-1 Title: Vista ERP Project Manager Locations : Cleveland OH 44122 (open to remote) Duration: 6 Months Salary Range: $38- $41/Hour on W2 (All inclusive) Applicants must be able to work on W2 without any Visa sponsorship Job Description We are seeking an experienced ERP Project Manager to lead end-to-end implementation and enhancement initiatives within Vista ERP , with a strong focus on Order Management (OM) and Pricing processes . The role requires expertise in managing Order-to-Cash (O2C) workflows, cross-functional delivery teams, and complex ERP integrations across enterprise systems. The ideal candidate will act as the delivery owner for OM & Pricing workstreams, ensuring successful execution of ERP programs from requirements through deployment, including testing, cutover, and hypercare stabilization. Must Have Skills & Experience 8+ years of IT experience with at least 4+ years as ERP Project Manager / Delivery Lead Strong hands-on experience with Vista ERP or similar ERP platforms Deep knowledge of Order Management (OM) and Pricing processes Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash (O2C) / Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) lifecycle Experience with pricing models including: Price lists Discounts Customer agreements Surcharges and rebates Strong experience managing ERP integrations and interfaces, including: EDI Middleware platforms Proven experience managing SIT (System Integration Testing) UAT (User Acceptance Testing) Strong governance experience including RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) Experience managing onsite-offshore and cross-functional teams (business, IT, vendors) Good To Have Skills Exposure to Vista ERP master data domains, including: Customers Items Contracts Ship-to / Bill-to configurations Experience in data migration and conversion for ERP implementations Working knowledge of SQL for data validation and reconciliation Experience in production support / incident management for OM & Pricing systems Roles & Responsibilities Lead end-to-end Vista ERP implementation and enhancement projects focused on Order Management and Pricing Manage project scope, timeline, budget, risks, issues, and dependencies Conduct requirements workshops with business stakeholders and translate them into delivery roadmaps Oversee configuration and enhancement of OM and pricing rules Coordinate integration activities across ERP ecosystem (EDI, middleware, WMS/3PL, billing systems) Appreciate your quick response and please feel free to reach me out for any query you may have.
