About the Role:BrightPoint Wellness Center is launching a teen program and is seeking a creative and enthusiastic Visual Art Instructor.This role is ideal for someone passionate about inspiring young people through art, encouraging self-expression, and guiding teens to explore different artistic styles.Responsibilities: Lead engaging, age-appropriate art classes for teens. Introduce a variety of art mediums (painting, drawing, mixed media, etc.). Encourage creativity, confidence, and positive self-expression. Maintain a safe and inclusive classroom environment. Support the overall goals of BrightPoint's youth programming.Qualifications: Strong background in visual arts (painting, drawing, mixed media, etc.). Previous teaching or facilitation experience with youth or teens (required). Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Art Education, or a related field preferred, but not required with equivalent experience. Excellent communication, patience, and classroom management skills.
