Job Title: Infor VISUAL Functional/Technical Business Analyst – Production Support Duration: 6 Months Contract Location: USA (Remote/Onsite as applicable) Rate: DOE Job Summary We are seeking a Senior Functional/Technical Business Analyst with strong expertise in Infor VISUAL (Version 9 – currently 9.0.8) to provide production support in a highly customized environment. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring system stability, resolving issues, and supporting business operations across multiple VISUAL modules. Key Responsibilities Provide production support for Infor VISUAL modules including: Financials Manufacturing / MRP Costing Projects Work Orders Triage, troubleshoot, and resolve tickets in a timely manner with minimal supervision Handle user access requests and system-related inquiries Diagnose and resolve issues in a highly customized VISUAL environment , including reverse engineering existing custom solutions Collaborate with business users, stakeholders, and IT teams to ensure effective issue resolution Deliver excellent customer service and maintain clear communication with end users Support system enhancements, integrations, and workflow improvements Assist in documenting processes, solutions, and system configurations Required Skills & Experience Extensive hands-on experience with Infor VISUAL 9 (mandatory) Strong functional knowledge across core VISUAL modules Technical expertise in: Visual Macros VB.NET (custom development) Crystal Reports SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services) SQL Server (administration & querying) Proven experience working in a production support environment Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
