Company Overview Artistic Elements LLC is a creative arts company located in Lower Bucks County that offers in-home private music instruction of all ages and abilities. This teaching position is for Piano and Voice Instructors who will be traveling to homes to provide 30, 45, and 60-minute piano and/or voice lessons. Summary We are seeking teachers who are comfortable teaching Beginner Piano and Voice as we have immediate opportunities available as we can guarantee that schedules will fill up quickly by the start of fall. Teachers are expected to teach using method books in addition to supplemental material as well as contributing to our mission of fun, inclusive, and creative music learning. Responsibilities: Develop and deliver engaging music lessons tailored to each student’s needs. Foster a positive learning environment that encourages growth and creativity. Adapt teaching methods for students with disabilities or special needs (if comfortable). Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback. Maintain a safe and respectful teaching environment. Travel between homes and arrive on time for each lesson. You will be given support in this process. We try to help you drive as little as possible between homes by keeping you within a certain radius of various neighborhoods. Communicate thoroughly with families and respond to emails and phone calls or texts promptly. Independently coordinate and develop your own teaching schedule. Teach what you can! Qualifications: Experience teaching piano and/or voice. Strong knowledge of music theory and pedagogy. Experience working with children and individuals with disabilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to adapt lessons for diverse learning needs. Certification or formal training in music education or therapy is preferred. Passion for inspiring students of all ages. Non-Negotiables: Must have valid transportation and driver's license. Must have passion for sharing your talents and skills with others. Must be flexible with your teaching style. Must speak English. Must be able to read music and understand basic theory. Must be friendly, trustworthy, outgoing, kind, and confident. Must understand this an Independent Contractor position. Must be willing to drive short distances.
