These two positions sit at the intersection of AI, workforce development, organizing, and Blk economic infrastructure , with a primary focus on designing and deploying Parker Dewey micro-internship and fellowship projects, as well as volunteer projects . You will build structured, high-impact projects that translate real ecosystem needs into paid, skill-based opportunities for HBCU students and alumni . Your work directly fuels a pipeline where talent, research, and execution connect to long-term Blk institutional power. Lead the design of real AI-driven micro-internship projects used by HBCU students nationwide Work directly with SSS/NBNA C-Suite leaders on initiatives and strategy Gain hands-on experience in AI, workforce development, program design, and ecosystem building Expand your network across HBCUs, Blk professionals, nonprofits, and corporate partners Build a portfolio of high-impact projects and systems you’ve created and launched Contribute to a 22-year strategy focused on Blk economic mobility and generational wealth Position yourself for future paid roles, consulting opportunities, or leadership positions as funding scales ___________________________________________________________________________ Role#1: SSS: HBCU Project Manager (AI Micro-Internships & Fellowship) Focus Project manage and create AI-driven micro-internship and fellowship projects with the CEO and aligned with SSS initiatives, leveraging IBM SkillsBuild and emerging tech frameworks. What You’ll Drive Identify high-value project needs across SSS initiatives (AI, mapping, hackathons, infrastructure). Convert those needs into Parker Dewey & volunteer-ready micro-internship and micro-fellowship scopes (clear deliverables, timelines, outcomes). Align projects with IBM AI, data, and workforce credentials , ensuring students gain real-world, marketable skills. Collaborate with the CEO to ensure each project contributes to the larger ecosystem builds (AI platforms, mapping systems, workforce pipelines). What You’re Building You’re turning SSS into a live project lab , where HBCU students and alumni don’t just learn—they build AI systems, tools, and strategies tied to real Blk economic infrastructure. _____________________________________________________________________ Role#2: NBNA: HBCU Project Manager (AI Programs Micro-Internships & Fellowships) Focus Create, project-manage, and deploy AI-enabled program-based micro-internships and micro-fellowships that support NBNA’s state alliances, nonprofit ecosystems, and community initiatives. What You’ll Drive Translate NBNA programs into structured micro-internship projects (nonprofit mapping, program design, research, operations). Build project pipelines that support state alliances, nonprofit capacity, and equity initiatives . Ensure projects align with community impact outcomes —not just tasks, but tangible deliverables that organizations can utilize. Collaborate with the CEO to continually refine and expand internship opportunities that align with real ecosystem needs. What You’re Building You’re
