VP ASC Operations Benefits And Compensation VERY competitive base salary Bonus potential Comprehensive Benefits Package Monday through Friday in office VP ASC Operationa Requirements And Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration Minimum 3–5 years of leadership experience in an ASC, surgical services, perioperative operations, or healthcare practice management. Demonstrated knowledge of ASC regulations (AZDHS, QUAD A/AAAASF, CMS). Strong leadership skills with experience managing multidisciplinary teams. Proven ability to manage operations, budgets, scheduling, and performance metrics. VP ASC Operations Preferred Skills Master’s degree (MBA, MHA, MSN, or related). Experience in spine, pain management, or orthopedic ambulatory surgery. CASC certification Experience leading in a multi‑site or rapidly expanding healthcare organization.
