Our client is a top-tier global financial group. They seek a VP, Capital Reporting & Analysis to join their Jersey City, NJ office. Responsibilities Compute quarterly capital ratios and credit and market risk-weighted asset calculations Analyze Basel RWA reporting based on US regulatory requirements Coordinate requirements gathering, test case reviews, and user acceptance testing of the calculation engine automation Collaborate with IT on systems implementation Develop and maintain EUC procedures and ensure financial controls and validations are performed as expected Generate metrics reporting, impact assessments, and ongoing monitoring reports for any exceptions Evaluate the impact of rule changes on calculations and the addition of new products Enhance governance, efficiency, and control through process optimization while proactively identifying and remediating regulatory deficiencies Drive opportunities for automation, increased transparency, and business process enhancements Partner with key stakeholders to ensure alignment with strategic goals Requirements 8+ years of relevant experience RWA calculation experience required Experience with bank regulatory reports is a plus Public, private, or combo experience Strong interpersonal and communication skills Capability to manage complex projects independently Flexibility to follow tight deadlines Job ID # 47979 Tagged as: Hybrid Remote/Office
