Education Bachelor's degree (B.S. or B.A.) in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field preferred. Specialized banking or commercial lending education and training preferred Experience Minimum of five (5) years of experience in business lending, commercial banking, or related office/management roles Preferred Skills Proficient reading, writing, grammar, and mathematical skills Strong interpersonal, communication, and consultative sales skills Thorough knowledge of banking products and services Working knowledge of bank operating policies and procedures impacting commercial lending Strong financial analysis and credit evaluation skills Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships Effective time-management and organ
