Position Overview We are seeking a VP of Finance/Head of FP&A to build and own Keebler Health's financial function from the ground up. This is a hybrid leadership role that combines strategic finance, financial planning & analysis (FP&A), and operational finance execution. You will be responsible for translating company strategy into financial plans, building forecasting models, managing cash and burn, and ensuring the company operates with financial rigor as we scale. In the near term, this is a hands-on operator role, you will build the models, run the forecasts, and own the numbers. Over time, you will evolve this into a broader finance function. Your work will directly shape Keebler Health's ability to raise capital, allocate resources effectively, and scale sustainably.
