A company is looking for a VP, New Logo Sales, BFSI. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a comprehensive new logo acquisition strategy targeting enterprise clients Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing enterprise sales team Drive the full sales lifecycle for large, complex transformation deals Required Qualifications 10+ years of enterprise sales leadership experience in IT services within the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance space Deep understanding of mainframe, hybrid IT, and cloud transformation solutions Proven ability to lead and scale high-performing sales teams Demonstrated success in large deal pursuits including solution development and contract negotiation Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field
